3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

To schedule an appointment, please contact HEARTFOUR Acupuncture Practice. We appreciate timely cancellations and require at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Group bookings or corporate bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled if you notify us within the 48 hours notice.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are outlined in our pricing schedule. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept credit card payments and bank transfers.

5. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. HEARTFOUR Acupuncture Practice maintains strict confidentiality regarding your personal and health information, as governed by applicable laws and regulations.

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you are responsible for providing accurate health information, following practitioner recommendations, and notifying the practitioner of any changes in your health status.

Individual responses to acupuncture may vary, and HEARTFOUR Practice does not guarantee specific results. The effectiveness of treatment depends on various factors, including individual health conditions and adherence to recommendations.

8. Code of Conduct

We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during appointments. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services.

9. Termination of Services

HEARTFOUR Acupuncture Practice reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in behavior that compromises the safety, well-being, or comfort of our practitioners or other clients.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
